The hostel is well located, close to several of the city's tourist spots, which made it easy to get around for outings as well as for the work I did during my stay. The owner isn't always at the hostel; when she is there, I feel there is respect between the host and the volunteers, but when she isn't, I felt that the other hostel staff didn't act appropriately, showing disrespect to the volunteers and also to the guests. More than once the same bed in the hostel was reserved by two people, causing a bit of a disturbance. I hope things improve, but it was a bad experience.

We really had problems during your stay due to a fraud committed by the volunteer Pedro; this is being handled in court. I don\'t stay at the hostel all the time either, and you had problems with all the volunteers, and we talked about it—not just once. You left the hostel, and I appreciate you saying that you were well received, because I accompanied you from start to finish through all the conflicts you experienced or caused among the other volunteers.

It was my second time at the house, CCCS is a warm and friendly family. This time I was able to join the folks at a show in Piúma, and it was an incredible experience! I want to wish all the best for this house, which I already see as a home, and I hope it develops and grows, embracing more and more the WP who come here! Love you all and see you soon!
