Wooooow, I had a lot of fun here for sure!!!! I made a lot of friends, the hostel was an incredible experience in Cascais, the neighborhood is fantastic, close to the train station, so you can easily go to Cascais or Lisbon, there are supermarkets close by to buy some food or drinks if you prefer! Besides the energy there is nice!!! Cozy place to volunteer, also the work is not hard! Thank you all for making it a different experience. See you family 💙 with love Pi
Thank you for staying with us José, it was great having you. Sorry I didn't make it in time to write a review but hopefully people will see my reply. You a great adition to our team, very calm and nice person to have around. You were also always polite with our guests and very professional. I would highly recomend you as a volunteer to other hosts!

José no início se mostrou uma pessoa com vontade e bem disposto. Infelizmente as coisas começaram a descambar quando o seu comportamento começou a ser o menos adequado, ao não cumprir com as tarefas e a não cumprir horários. Chamámos a sua atenção quando a experiência não estava a ser a esperada, dando uma segunda oportunidade. Pois José não honrou essa oportunidade, tendo tido um comportamento inaceitável envolvendo outros voluntários, hóspedes e a gerente do hostel. Uma situação desagradável e um comportamento com a qual não compactuamos. A experiência do José terminou mais cedo.

I did mechanical engineering, but I did not identify myself in the area and I moved to Petroleum Engineering, I did English for a year, and for several months I had Spanish.
I worked as an administrative assistant when I entered the market, later I was a mechanical engineering trainee when I was doing the course, I stayed two years in a multinational, after that I changed to petroleum engineering, in 2018 I moved to Lisbon, and for now I work as a hotel receptionist.
I live in Portugal, I love to travel, whenever possible I take a backpack and go.
I like exchanges, for me traveling is more than just photos, they are experiences.
