At times, I was directed to perform activities at an address different from the one initially informed, which resulted in extra transportation costs; some tasks were not aligned with what had been agreed upon in the vacancy.
The schedules were inconsistent and there was no defined rotation, with shifts sent at inconvenient times (such as during the early hours of the morning), which completely hindered any personal planning.

We direct volunteers to the tasks assigned according to the platform, and the schedules are four hours of work with one day off per week. Sometimes, we ask for a few favors if you are at the inn to accompany a reception during the night shift, but you may deduct it on the next working day. Regarding another one of our inn units located in a nearby neighborhood, we ask for help from our packers if they want to assist, and we reimburse transportation.
