My experience at the hostel was very nice, the place is big and pretty, at the beginning I was in the bar, which was suuuper calm, I was also at the reception where there was more movement, the tasks were simple and I could practice more my English. I had a blast! The staff Edith and Josué made my stay even more fun. There was a supervisor with whom I didn’t get along well because of their ways but Lara was always on top of making sure I was comfortable, from then on 10/10 everything. It was my first volunteering and I completely recommend it

It was my first volunteering experience and everything went very well. The place is pretty nice, comfortable and with good energy. Lara and Lauti, the owners, are super approachable and have a really cool vibe. Ronald and Edith also made the stay very fun and pleasant.
I met really awesome people from different places, and the tasks were calm and clear, so the experience was easy to handle. Highly recommended to get to know La Fortuna, which is a magical place!

Tuve unas semanas maravillosas en el hostel, Lara y Lautaro fueron muy amables al recibirme y el personal del hostel es maravilloso. Mis responsabilidades y beneficios fueron claros desde el primer momento y todo estuvo muy bien organizado, incluso pude acceder a distintos tours pagando muy poco o gratis, el hostal está impecable y super bien equipado, lo recomiendo totalmente, me encantó esta experiencia y me dolió mucho irme del hostel :(

Una experiencia muy enriquecedora, Lautaro y Lara son unas personas muy humildes y agradables, te comunican todo ha detalle desde un inicio, y están para ti sí necesitas algo. También son muy flexibles con los Horarios y te ofrecen hacer diferentes tours gratis. Recomendaría quedarse en este hostel a cualquiera. Muchas gracias por todo muchachos!

El hostel fue mi primer voluntariado y no podría haber sido de otra manera. Lara es una mujer eficiente, rápida, super trabajadora y muy agradable. Desde el primer minuto me atendió super bien, nos mandaba los horarios de la semana para poder organizarnos con tiempo, nos ofrecía muchísimos tours, nos incitaba a crear comunidad con el equipo y siempre esta dispuesta a hablar de sus experiencias para que cojas ideas de cara a tus futuros voluntariados y viajes. Los chicos que trabajan en el hostal son muy agradables, serviciales y te ayudan con todas las dudas que tienes. ✨
