Join our friendly boutique stay in Siem Reap and help us run smooth, social breakfasts. Your role is to set up, assist guests, and create a warm vibe to start their day. In return, enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, meet travelers from around the world, and be part of a small, social team.
25 hours of help per week
Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.
Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.
2 days off per week
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

You’ll be part of a small, social hospitality team in Siem Reap, helping create a welcoming experience for guests. Your main role is supporting breakfast service and interacting with travelers. We keep things relaxed but organized, with clear expectations and plenty of time to enjoy the city, meet people, and be part of a growing project.
Morning shift (approx. 4–5 hours/day)
Setting up and preparing the breakfast area
Assisting guests during breakfast service
Light cleaning and resetting after service
Social interaction with guests and helping create a friendly atmosphere
