We are a brand-new party hostel built around one simple idea: bringing people together for unforgettable nights and great social experiences.
As a Guest Entertainment Representative, you’ll be at the heart of the action. Your role is to create an energetic, welcoming vibe where guests can easily connect, have fun, and feel part of the community from the moment they arrive.
You’ll help run and host nightly events such as quizzes, drinking games, and pub crawls, while also spending time with guests, encouraging participation, and keeping the atmosphere lively. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role, you are the vibe.
Because we are a new hostel, you’ll also have the chance to shape the experience, bring your own ideas, and help build the social culture from the ground up. If you’ve ever wanted to leave your mark on a place (and probably on a few hangovers), this is your chance.
In exchange, we offer accommodation, two meals a day, drinks during events, and a fun, social environment where work feels more like a night out with responsibilities.
Hosting nightly events (quizzes, drinking games, themed nights)
Leading or assisting with pub crawls and social outings
Welcoming guests and getting them involved in activities
Creating a fun, inclusive, and high-energy atmosphere
Promoting events throughout the day and encouraging participation
Helping come up with new event ideas and improving existing ones
Many worldpackers have been applying to this position recently. The host will probably not be able to respond to all of the applications, so we recommend that you also apply to other hosts in our community and not just this one :)
