I really enjoyed my time with Solvieg !! She was engaging and appreciative of having free time. Her son was super cute and fun to hang out with as well as billie the dog 🤗 the work is not hard and doesn't take too long but most of the time Solveig will help you anyway so you will always know what to do. I had a decent experience. Only unfortunate thing was that the working schedule changed a lot every week. It was a bit chaotic and not the best execution to be productive. If you dont mind this uncertainty, Solveig is a nice and caring person and her son Vikingur is also sweet.

The glamping site was truly a wonderful place, surrounded by nature and tranquility. Enjoying it was incredible, both with Solveig, Vikingur (little baby), and Billie, as well as with the other volunteers. It was a truly enjoyable experience, but in my case, I missed a little more clarity and delegation. Everything was a bit chaotic, especially the first days. But for my taste, more organization and clear instructions are needed. Aside from this, there were also many moments when we were able to share different experiences and cultures, and that was very welcoming.

My time here in Denmark unfortunately turned out differently than I had hoped and I left earlier than expected. Because of strong political differences I couldn't feel comfortable and at peace which is why I ended the stay. I do want to say though that the host Solveig is very caring and kind. But still this experience wasn't a fit for me. If you should have more questions about this you can send me a message!
