My time at the ecovillage was very good. The place is very well located in the village, close to the beach and everything, so it's easy to settle in. The work was easy; I helped with breakfast. Bruno helped us a lot, explaining every step until we could do it on our own, and he was always available to help. Jeri is a beautiful and magical place that brings a lot of tranquility and peace. The team of volunteers was also very nice, and we got along very well. The space hosts many foreigners, so it's great for practicing English, Spanish or French. I highly recommend the experience!

Well, first I wanted to praise the total respect for the agreed working hours. Even while living on-site, the check-in and check-out times were respected with great care. Moreover, all arrangements were respected. Bruno, who manages the place, always strives to do his best. It was my second volunteer experience and I couldn't have arrived at a better place! It was three months of learning new things every day, and I got along easily with everyone. The host was not responsible for my volunteering, he pressured me days before so that I could arrive a few days earlier and I refused. On the day of my arrival at the site, he kept pressuring me to give the exact arrival time, but on the road I cannot provide that precision; buses break down, delays, etc.
Because I did not give a time forecast, he canceled my experience on the day of my arrival, leaving me stranded and having to improvise at the last minute due to a lack of commitment. At the eco-village was my first volunteering experience, I liked it a lot. Well located, in front of the square and just 2 minutes from the main beach. From the viewpoint there is a beautiful view of the beach and it's perfect to watch the sunset 🌅 The activities carried out were very calm, everything was taught and very well explained initially, and also throughout the days when questions arose. Bruno the manager was always willing to teach and help, and always giving feedback, which is very important for professional development. I felt happy, welcomed and comfortable for the 40 days I stayed at the eco-village ✨️⭐️😊
