Volunteers with the best attitude to help grow our boutique hotel in Taganga. As a volunteer, you will support in different activities according to the day's needs: preparing rooms for new guests, cleaning apartments and common areas, check-in and check-out, taking and collecting the laundry, doing some supermarket shopping, organizing supplies and assisting in the general maintenance of the property.
If you have experience in construction, painting, carpentry, electricity, gardening, decoration, photography, social media or any other skill, you will be more than welcome! We are always making improvements to make Mar en Casa an increasingly special place.
In exchange, we want you to live an authentic Caribbean experience. You will have the opportunity to meet travelers from all over the world, enjoy Taganga, practice Spanish, explore nearby beaches, snorkel or dive, visit Tayrona Park and share with a team that values respect, communication and teamwork.
