Program Details

We are a backpacker hostel in La Paz, Bolivia, and we are looking for a volunteer with knowledge of web development, digital tools and online booking systems to help us improve and develop our online presence.

We already have our hostel and tourism operation running, but we would love to take our digital side to the next level. We want to build a more complete, professional and user-friendly website where travelers can learn about our hostel, book their stay, discover our tours and activities, and easily find everything they need before and during their trip.

The project can include working on our website, domain, hosting, content, design, booking systems and integrations with our current platforms and Channel Manager.

We are also interested in exploring better ways to connect our accommodation and tour services, improve direct bookings, optimize the website for mobile users and make our online presence easier to manage.

You don't need to be an expert in everything. We are especially interested in someone who enjoys building, solving problems, learning and sharing their knowledge.

This is a great opportunity if you are a traveler who works with web development or digital projects and would like to work on a real project in an international hostel environment while getting to know La Paz and Bolivia. 🐺🌎
