I had great support from Victor from the start of the trip to the end, I was very well received by Paulo and accommodated in the yellow house. In the volunteer work I had the support of Delma and Ari, they were always concerned about me and defined well what I had to do. They were always polite and willing to help me with whatever I needed. I formed so much closeness with them that when my period of volunteering ended they were very sad but, at the same time, happy to have known and lived with them. The environment where I worked is very welcoming. I recommend that other people get to know the place.

Good experience with a few points to improve. Thanks Victor for being helpful and concerned with me 😊 However, he doesn't stay at eduzz where we'll do the tasks. The person who receives us is Delma, without much fluff; she's a bit dry. If you're a woman they'll put you in cleaning and the men stay in the garden. This caused friction that would be resolved with a brief dialogue. There are some things they don't know how to deal with. But everything worked out and on my last two days I stayed with Seu Ari in the gardening; he is kind and good-humored. Lunch is a simple set meal even though there is a huge buffet there, we can't take anything. There's not much to do in town.

Thank you for the points raised, Flavia! We understand the points of frustration and the vision for possible improvements, and we receive them with open hearts to make the experience more and more coherent and enjoyable. In fact, it is still very early and with points to be structured and adjusted, and feedback like yours helps us understand this process :)

My experience at Eduzz's Viveiro was great; Ari is very kind and understands which tasks to pass on to volunteers or not to pass on. Eduzz has, on its small Sorocaba campus, a very different way of working near nature and giving its employees a lot of flexibility. The campus is sustainable and has several initiatives for recycling and composting. I recommend a community garden, as it is a company with a very strong local social impact. Finally I recommend the experience to an audience that wants to know Sorocaba and have contact with different people and with Eduzz's model.
