熱海・箱根に近い湯河原のゲストハウスで、長期滞在できるボランティアを募集しています。
活動内容は、客室清掃、ベッドメイキング、洗濯、共用部清掃、備品確認、必要に応じたゲスト対応です。宿泊施設での清掃経験がある方を歓迎します。
この活動は完全無報酬のボランティアです。給与やその他の金銭報酬は一切ありません。
宿泊費・Wi-Fi・光熱費は無料です。食事の提供はありません。個室または相部屋は空き状況により決まります。
活動時間は週平均16時間程度が目安です。固定時間でも上限でもなく、予約状況により変動します。
休日は週3日程度を目安としていますが、固定ではありません。特に週末や連休などの繁忙期には、ボランティア同士で休日を調整していただきます。
1〜3か月以上滞在できる方を歓迎します。
16 hours of help per week
Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
3 days off per week
Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.
Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Stay in Yugawara and experience everyday life in a Japanese hot spring town. We are looking for one long-term helper to support our small guesthouse. You will stay on-site and help us keep the guesthouse comfortable and welcoming. We especially welcome travelers who would like to stay for 1–3 months or longer. Accommodation and utilities are provided free of charge.
Help is around 16 hours per week with 3 days off. Tasks include preparing guest rooms after check-out, changing bed linen, light cleaning of shared areas, checking supplies and occasional simple guest support. You will coordinate the schedule with our live-in manager. We value flexibility and teamwork rather than fixed daily hours.
We welcome both female and male applicants. Female volunteers can stay in our 7-tatami manager room. For male volunteers, we can provide a separate private guest room. Please keep your room and shared spaces clean and respect quiet hours and our guests.
Many worldpackers have been applying to this position recently. The host will probably not be able to respond to all of the applications, so we recommend that you also apply to other hosts in our community and not just this one :)
