We’re looking for a reliable, experienced content creator to help grow our new hostel and tour brand! 🌿 You’ll work with our Hanoi team and potentially staff overseas to manage Instagram and TikTok and create engaging content. Blog writers are also welcome! No additional hostel shifts are required, but consistent weekly content and agreed deliverables are expected. 💛
20 hours of help per week
Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.
1 day off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

At Nexus, we want to create a great experience for our guests while building a strong, creative team!
For blog writers: ✍️
We ask for at least one quality blog post per week, sharing stories, experiences or helpful information about Nexus, Ha Giang and local travel.
For content creators: 📸
You’ll work closely with our team in Hanoi and potentially other team members overseas, so good communication and reliability are essential. We expect 3–4 high-quality Instagram and TikTok posts per week, planned and agreed with the team.
If you also create content for your own social media, we’d love for you to document your journey with the Nexus family and share your experiences along the way! 💛
Content roles replace regular hostel shifts, but weekly deliverables and deadlines must be met. We’re looking for creative, organised people who are excited to grow with us!

To keep Nexus a fun, safe, and welcoming place for everyone, please follow these simple rules:
🧼 Personal Hygiene & Cleanliness
* Maintain good personal hygiene at all times.
* Keep the volunteer dorm clean, tidy, and sanitary.
🚫 Respectful Environment
* No illegal substances on the premises.
* No inappropriate activities in the volunteer dorm.
⏰ Shifts & Punctuality
* Complete your assigned shifts of approximately 4–5 hours per day.
* Be punctual, reliable, and professional while working.
🤝 Teamwork & Guest Experience
* Treat all staff and fellow volunteers with kindness and respect.
* Always prioritise guests and their needs over socialising with friends.
* Work collaboratively to create a positive atmosphere for everyone.
🏠 Responsibility
* Any property damage will be the responsibility of the person who caused it.
* Please give at least 3 days’ notice if you plan to leave the programme.
* Nexus reserves the right to dismiss volunteers for consistently poor performance, misconduct, or causing disruption to the team or guests.
