We are looking for a vibrant volunteer to be the heart of our space!
Main tasks:
Welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and assist with inquiries.
Help with housekeeping (changing bed sheets) and organizing common areas.
Brainstorm fun events and coordinate activities with the team.

30 hours of help per week
Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.
Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.
Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Your Main Responsibilities:
Guest Relations & Check-in/Check-out: Welcome new arrivals warmly, handle check-ins and check-outs, give property tours, and assist guests with any questions during their stay.
Housekeeping Support: Help occasionally with changing bed sheets and ensuring that rooms and shared spaces are kept clean and welcoming.
Space Organization: Keep common and shared areas tidy, organized, and comfortable for everyone on a daily basis.
Events & Activities: Brainstorm and propose fun event ideas (social nights, activities, workshops) and coordinate their setup with the team to foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
Team Coordination: Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth communication and an unforgettable experience for our guests.
Hours: 17:00 – 23:00.
Tasks: Check-ins/check-outs, help our cleaner with bed sheets, keep spaces organized, and plan fun team events!
