This was my first Worldpackers experience so I don't have any comparison. Both Resi & Vince were lovely hospitable people who cooked delicious meals every evening I was there. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable and I had my own privacy. Most days I went on a hike with the dogs staying at the property. It was great fun walking the dogs and playing with them. Other daily tasks were clearly set out on a schedule which involved feeding the farm animals and general duties like tidying and cleaning out the van. I also did gardening work like mowing the lawn and planting crops.

Had such a fab week staying with Resi & Vince, and Reggie the dog! Would definitely recommend! Not only is there a continuous flow of adorable doggie to play with and look after, but it was a super hospitable and very generous environment, and the work is even parts challenging and rewarding. Learning about more environmentally friendly and sustainable ways to live was also really interesting. Can't thank them enough for having me stay!

We both thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks with Resi and Vinnie, they both made us feel right at home! We loved being in the outdoors and getting involved with the gardening. We learnt a lot during our stay and would definitely recommend the dog house farm stay to other volunteers! Thank you!

Three weeks of volunteering were absolutely fantastic! Thanks again for the warm welcome! I spent three weeks doing the daily tasks (feeding the chickens, goats, cleaning, walking the dogs) and enjoying time with the dogs who were adorable. In addition, I had the chance to discover the surroundings a lot with resi or by bike, so great :)
