For our beautiful project in the green mountains of Cocorná, Colombia, we love to work with volunteers that can help us with developing our holistic retreat centre and ecohotel, and give a hand in daily chores in our farm, with our animals and with our adolescent children. Helping with cooking for guests, some cleaning work; social media and marketing; weeding, recycling, small maintenance, are a glimps of the varied amount of tasks.
20 hours of help per week
Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.
Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.
Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.
2 days off per week
Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.
Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.
Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.
Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!
Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.
Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate Spanish or Intermediate English
Between 22 and 50 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Volunteers work 4 or 5 hours a day. Together with the volunteers we establish a rythm of working times, lunch time, etc.
We explain the tasks to be done, we like it that volunteers have own initiative, observe own things, come up with suggestions. When volunteers know what their tasks are, they, when they like, are more free in defining their own work schedule with starting and ending times (4 to 5 hours daily work). We have fixed lunch time.
Be atentive to capturing nice moments with photography and video
Publishing daily story on Instragram and facebook. Minimum three publications a week.
Making nice good quality pictures for our website
Helping us with developing a more elaborate marketing strategy
Content making, writing, making a plan for it, based on our vision.
We expect that volunteers are clean and leave their room, the kitchen, and the spaces they use clean and in order.
