It was a great experience in a magical and very quiet space away from the retreats. Pam and Rob are respectful, hardworking people who are open to teaching. The prior communication was impeccable and they helped us a lot with the transfers. For future volunteers, the work is demanding and focuses on housekeeping. Areas for improvement: more flexibility with the hours to go out and explore, and the Wi-Fi is unstable, which makes remote work difficult, but the signal is generally good. It was a beautiful place in nature, great if you go into it with the workload in mind.

Mi experiencia en Mill space con Pamela y Rob fue maravillosa. Desde mi llegada me hicieron sentir como parte de la familia. Me llevaron a conocer diferentes lugares en las cercanías de carboneras cada vez que teníamos tiempo libre, lo que hizo de mi estadía muy entretenida. El lugar queda un poco alejado del pueblo pero si tienes la suficiente energía puedes moverte en bicicleta y llegar donde quieras. Las tareas son principalmente domésticas, durante los retiros hay bastante trabajo pero siempre se distribuye de la mejor manera para que sea equitativo.
