Tutoring and mentoring students.
Supervising classes and play time.
Assisting in lessons, library or school office.
Sharing a special skill or occupation to enrich classroom learning.

Rules

A principle we follow is respect and trust. The culture in Masai villages can be very different from others. We expect an understanding for that difference.

Drinking and smoking should not be done around the kids.
We prefer you to be at home before sunset so if you were to need help, we would be awake.
Tight fitting clothes, clothes above the knees and showing shoulders is dawned upon in this culture. We would appreciate if you dressed modestly.

Overall we believe in inherent positive intent, organization of service, the power of teamwork, creativity and innovation.
