Generally I had a good experience here. The tasks are easy and normally you work from 11:00 to 14:00, many times we finish earlier. You work in pairs and other volunteers teach you what there is to do. Arthur is very kind and corrects you in a good way. The owners, however, can be a bit more demanding or strict. It's not necessary to speak perfect English; it's not a problem. The staff room can be quite cold in this season; I was there in February and March, so bring warm clothes. I will miss my fellow volunteers a lot! I hope someday I can return ☺️☺️

My experience was good Arthur was very kind, the facilities are fairly good, although the rooms where the volunteers stay do not appear in the publication images and are a little different from what I expected, as for the tasks they are simple and we finish quickly. The location is good since there is a bus hostel nearby and there is a shopping center nearby.

Very good experience. The staff is very cordial and upbeat, especially the person in charge Arthur, who has been very kind to me. He was attentive in case we needed anything and/or if we were doing well regarding the food, the facilities, the equipment, etc. Schedules are respected, and your day off is assigned upon your arrival. The hostel has a very good location, which allows you to walk a lot. It has a great shopping center 'Bullring', Cannon Hill Park, there is also a cinema 'Odeon' whose tickets cost 5 pounds. Excellent experience with this volunteering! The owners, the person in charge, and the rest of the staff have always been very kind, courteous, and friendly at all times. The schedules, days off, and all the services they offer through the app are respected. Always open to dialogue and communication! A very pleasant experience; they were good people with me, especially Arthur (the host, the Russian guy) and the guys I had as companions. The atmosphere was great and the working hours are minimal, it all also depends on the speed of the volunteers. The hostel is quite clean because Arthur takes good care of those details.
I also had enough time to visit the city. I recommend this place for volunteers.

Mi paso por el Hostel no pudo haber sido mejor. Me recibieron mas que bien desde el momento en que llegue a la ciudad. Arthur, el encargado de los voluntarios estuvo atento a mi llegada días previos inclusive. El equipo de trabajo es super atento y amable. Me llevo nuevos amigos, con los que pude compartir historias, comidas, trabajo, salidas, deporte, etc. El trabajo es muy organizado, lo cual hace que sea fácil y muy llevadero. Los horarios son flexibles y comí muy bien y en cantidad. Lo recomiendo y volvería claramente.
