My stay was a great experience. Dari, the manager, always had an open ear and time for a good conversation and was open minded for ideas and questions. She was very caring and made everything to make you feel comfortable. La Laguna is a fantastic place to be, great social life, surrounded by outstanding nature.

I had such a great time volunteering at the hostel in La Laguna! The manager and the other volunteers were super welcoming, and I'm really thankful for the whole experience. The work was totally manageable, and there was plenty of free time to explore the island and enjoy Tenerife's amazing vibes!!

The hostel chain offers a great hostel experience, allowing travellers to meet people and travel all over the Tenerife. The staff is generally really welcoming, hikes are free for volunteers and it's easy to organize activities with guests and other volunteers. Totally recommend.

I don't recommend this experience. German and Pedro own 4 hostels in Tenerife. When I got my interview, Pedro let me choose where I wanted to go. I chose the hostel. He didn't tell the manager I was coming so for 1 week I didn't have a proper bed nor a place to put my stuff and I needed to change room every 1 or 2 days. After that, because I wasn't fluent in spanish, which Pedro was aware of, I was told that I had to go to another hostel. When I asked for some time to think about it, I was told that I didn't have a choice. If I refused to go somewhere else, I would have to pack my stuff and leave.

La experiència en el hostel fue espectacular!! Primera vez que hago este tipo de voluntariado y no puedo estar más satisfecho!! Un experiència espectacular en mucho sentidos, la conexión con la isla, con los huéspedes, voluntarios y sobretodo con la manager! La cadena el hostel nos ofrecio una gran oportunidad con condiciones muy buenas, nuestra manager Dari, se comporto espectacular, nos trató siempre con mucho respeto, empatía y siempre nos lo puso muy fácil. Nuestra manager le suma muchísimo a la experiencia, nos trató como amigos y hasta como madre siendo igual de joven que nosotros! Gracias Dari

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue la mejor. Vine a Tenerife para vivir los carnavales y fueron los mejores carnavales de mi vida. Leandro crea un ambiente cercano donde te sientes parte desde el inicio. Todo está bien organizado y fluye muy bien. El hostel tiene una terraza mágica con zona para leer, trabajar, descansar y hasta entrenar. La ubicación es ideal: a 20 minutos de Santa Cruz y a unos 30 minutos del Parque Rural de Anaga, perfecto si te gusta el senderismo. Además, hay bares a solo 10 minutos si te gusta la vida nocturna. Gracias por todo. Me llevo los mejores recuerdos!
