The hostel has a very nice structure and is in the best location in Canasvieiras and very close to the beach. Positive points of the experience are the way the work shifts are organized and the fact that the staff have their own room with air conditioning and bathroom. You will certainly have the opportunity to meet lots of nice people, practice your spanish and enjoy the beach! I would like to thank Priscila, who is very patient and practical with her reception training, and also Isabela and Nicholas, for welcoming me to the hostel, even though we had very little contact, very nice!

I loved to be a part of the beach clean up event as you make a true environmental impact and also gain more personal consciousness regarding the amount of waste that is thrown away every day. Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing time working at the hostel, the other volunteers made me feel part of the team from the start and over time they became like family. My only regret is that I wish I stayed longer!

Isa and Nico have always been very welcoming and supportive even before I arrived at the hostel, always replying to my questions. Once there, I immediately felt welcomed. I didn't speak much Portuguese and only a few people spoke English or Spanish, but this has not been a problem at all, the team was ready to find a way to understand and communicate with me. Of course, you need to come with an open mind and flexibility as you are sharing your time and your space, that's part of the hostel life! Everyone is respected and the hosts are ready to listen to you. I made incredible friends <3

O hostel foi minha primeira experiência como voluntária. Foram dias incríveis ao lado de pessoas sensacionais que conheci ali. Aprendi muito sobre cuidados, recepção, desenvolvi o espanhol também. O ambiente extremamente acolhedor, os anfitriões Isa e Nicolas sempre pelo hostel dispostos a ajudar. Só tenho a agradecer por essa oportunidade. Quiero agradecer de corazón por esta hermosa experiencia. Desde el primer día me sentí muy bien recibido y parte del lugar. Fue un voluntariado lleno de momentos lindos, personas increíbles, buena energía y mucha tranquilidad. Me llevo grandes recuerdos, aprendizajes, risas y amistades que voy a valorar siempre. Gracias por el cariño, el respeto y por hacer que cada día fuera especial. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que quiera vivir una experiencia auténtica, conocer gente de diferentes partes del mundo y sentirse como en casa.

Mi experiencia en este hostel fue excelente. Desde el primer día me recibieron con muchísima calidez y siempre tuvieron paciencia para enseñarme y ayudarme a entender cada tarea. Me hicieron sentir muy cómoda y parte del equipo desde el principio. El hostel es hermoso, con una energía muy linda y personas increíbles que hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Además, la ubicación es excelente y permite disfrutar mucho de la zona. Sin dudas lo recomiendo a cualquier voluntario que quiera vivir una experiencia linda, aprender y sentirse como en casa. ¡Gracias por todo!

Meu primeiro mês aqui foi excelente! A equipe é muito acolhedora e nos ajudou muito na adaptação. O clima é amigável e as tarefas, bem distribuídas, fluem com calma na baixa temporada. A estrutura é ótima: banho quente, internet veloz e lavanderia (ganhamos 2 códigos semanais, para lavar e secar). Também recebemos R$ 25 de crédito semanal no bar, que tem snacks, cervejas e sinuca. Somos 14 voluntários; ficamos em suítes para 10 pessoas, os demais em outros quartos, mas adorei que casais ganham um beliche inteiro. A gestão é flexível para realocações. Ótima experiência, recomendo muito!

A minha experiência no worldhostel foi muito legal, eu super recomendo. Os donos Isa e nicholas são pessoas maravilhosas, estão sempre por perto para auxiliar. A Pri ( a gerente) me deu um ótimo suporte durante toda a estadia, sempre disponível para auxiliar nas dúvidas e sempre muito flexível com relação a escala. Eu achei a troca justa, o trabalho não é pesado. O hostel é bem localizado, tem tudo por perto, farmácia 24h, 3 opções de mercado e é bem do lado da praia. Se você procura por um lugar para fazer conexões é uma boa troca de voluntariado, super recomendo 😊✨
