This was my first volunteering experience and I can only thank you for everything I learned and am learning here at the hostel. I feel that I chose the right place with the right people; since early on I was received very well by the volunteers and by the manager, who today have become friends. All tasks are organized and the contact with the manager, with the colleagues and with the hosts greatly helps in learning them. I am immensely grateful to all the people I met here, for the learning and for the experience of volunteering in a very cool place with even cooler people. I recommend!

I volunteered at the hostel for a few months and it was a beautiful experience. It's not just a comfortable and well-located place, but it also has a very human and welcoming environment. I carry with me friendships, lessons learned, and memories I will cherish forever. The hostel's vibe is very good, full of cultural exchange, good conversations and amazing people. Since I arrived at World Hostel I was warmly welcomed; both the volunteer team and Pri, the manager, are very respectful and communicative. The place is decent, clean, safe, well located, central, the markets, the main streets with shops and restaurants and the fantastic Canasvieiras beach are very close to the hostel. Although I stayed there for a short time, I would recommend it to those who need a place to rest and connect with nature.

It was a good experience. I volunteered in the cleaning area, the hours are quite convenient!! If you're assigned to cleaning, you work four days and have three days off. The hostel has a pool, billiards, and other table games for recreation. There was a lot of camaraderie with my fellow volunteers; we shared many wonderful things!! Grateful to have met you all, I wish you all the best. 🙌✨️

My experience at the hostel has been extremely positive. I worked as a receptionist and since the beginning I was very well received by the team. The work routine is calm, with well-organized tasks. Priscila and Isa.. are nice, understanding, and help you with whatever you need. My only headache I had was regarding guest payments that require us to be patient and have the flexibility to handle the situation; lol. I highly recommend this experience for anyone seeking a friendly environment, well located, and with an amazing team!!!
