I absolutely love the school and the children. If I was to rate this experience, I would give it a 4/5. Everything is as it says it would be. My biggest advice is if you're coming, be prepared to buy your own cold beverages, and food if you have a strict dietary restriction. Also, it is extremely hot, but religious so come dressed appropriately! Expect to learn some Swahili, be open with your experiences, and you will love it. To go anywhere out of the area takes an hour. Coming back takes 2 to 3 hours. So be mindful. My only constructive review is for the host to work on communication

I had such an amazing time with the organization, he is an amazing host was always there if I needed anything, made me feel so welcome and comfortable, truly a home away from home! He became a great friend, he is always up for exploring new places and showing us around the city. The wee school is great, the days at school are very chill mix of teaching and playing, the kids are so warm and lovely it was so hard to say goodbye! absolutely loved my time volunteering at children's hope org and staying with the organization ❤️❤️
