Be part of a small and cozy co-living, surrounded by the volcano, banana fields and the ocean. We offer 7 private rooms, one of which you'll share with a fellow volunteer.
I'm seeking assistance with daily cleaning, laundry, gardening, check-ins/outs, social media, and jacuzzi maintenance. The details about each task will be provided upon applying for the position.
20 hours of help per week
Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens
Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.
Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.
Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

I'm looking for a respectful and responsible volunteer to join our close-knit co-living family, contributing to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the house. In the rare event that the volunteer responsibilities are not being fulfilled adequately, 24–48 hours' notice will be provided to vacate the room.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(Listed in priority order)
1. Work 4 hours per day according to the assigned schedule.
2. 1 Instagram Story per Day OR Send a Vertical Video to the Admin Volunteer.
3. Refill Supplies (Soap, Water, Coffee, Dishwasher Salt, WC Tablets, etc.).
4. Clean and Organize the Kitchen.
5. Clean and Maintain Common Areas.
6. Dust, Vacuum and Mop Floors and Surfaces.
7. Clean Bathrooms, Including Deep Cleaning on Wednesdays & Sundays.
8. Manage Garbage and Recycling.
9. Manage Laundry, Including Washing, Hanging, Drying and Folding.
10. Treat Blood Stains on Sheets and Other Linen When Necessary.
11. Iron Pillowcases and Other Assigned Laundry.
12. Clean Rooms After Check-Outs.
13. Prepare Rooms for New Check-Ins.
14. Prepare Beds and Towels for New Guests.
15. Welcome Guests and Volunteers and Show Them Around the House.
16. Gardening: Water Plants, Remove Leaves, Weeds and Fallen Fruit.
17. Clean and Organize Outdoor Areas and Furniture.
18. Remove Spiderwebs and Lizard Droppings from Outdoor/House Areas.
19. Assist with Pest Control, Including Preparing Rat Traps When Necessary.
20. Maintain the Jacuzzi, Including Cleaning, Filter Maintenance and Water Checks.
21. Check for Maintenance Issues and Inform the Host.
22. Perform Other Tasks as Requested by the Host.
IMPORTANT — WORKING HOURS
The full 4 hours of work must be completed every day.
The working time is determined by the assigned schedule, not by the number of tasks completed. Completing the listed tasks quickly or efficiently does not mean that the shift is finished.
VOLUNTEER'S OBLIGATIONS
The Volunteer agrees to:
1. Keep their private room and all shared facilities in good condition.
2. Promptly notify the Host of any damage, defect, breakdown, accident, or other issue affecting the property.
3. Respect the rules of the property and the privacy, comfort, and personal belongings of guests, residents, other volunteers, and the Host.
4. Avoid any activity that causes unreasonable disturbance, inconvenience, or nuisance to neighbours, residents, guests, other volunteers, or the Host.
5. Respect quiet hours from 00:00 to 07:00, Monday to Friday.
6. Not make copies of keys or share keys, access codes, or other means of access with unauthorized persons.
7. Use all furniture, appliances, equipment, and facilities responsibly and only for their intended purpose.
8. Follow the applicable rules and instructions governing the use of the jacuzzi and other shared facilities.
9. Not consume illegal drugs anywhere on the property.
10. Complete the full assigned working hours according to the agreed schedule. Completing the assigned tasks before the end of the scheduled working period does not reduce the required working hours.
11. When the assigned tasks are completed before the end of the scheduled working period, use the remaining time for additional tasks from the Volunteer Guide or as requested by the Host.
12. Follow the instructions and procedures contained in the Volunteer Guide and ask the Host whenever they are unsure how to perform a task safely or correctly.
