I really enjoyed my experience at the hostel. The kindness and friendliness of the staff played a big part in making my stay so enjoyable. The hostel is well located and has a great atmosphere.
That said, you do work quite a lot (as mentioned in the listing), around 6.5 hours per day, which can sometimes be tiring and is something to keep in mind when applying.

I'm very grateful for everything I experienced there and genuinely loved my time at the hostel. The host was flexible with schedules, which made the routine smooth and well organized. The cultural immersion was definitely a highlight, karaoke nights, parties, bar moments, and many fun social experiences that made my stay unforgettable. It was a pleasure being in this special place, around such an incredible crew that received me with an open heart in a warm and lovely home. When there were little issues, that happens in every social place, I felt secure and open to talk about it and felt listened, one of the most positive points to me. I'm volunteering with three guys in a studio they have for us, and being the only girl there makes it very uncomfortable. Victoria send schedule at 1 am morning Sunday so making plan for also enjoying the city is thought, and honestly, this feels more like a full-time job than volunteering.

I don't recommend this volunteering experience. I worked long, stressful morning shifts at reception with minimal breaks and basic meals. Despite my dedication, I had no opportunity to switch tasks or communicate effectively with the coordinator, Victoria, who often ignored messages and didn't allow open dialogue. The biggest issue was the dirty, neglected fridge in the volunteers' apartment, which no one took responsibility for cleaning. I was asked to leave early due to this issue, even though I tried to resolve it.
