More About the Experience

We see ourselves as a big family, and many people experience this place as a home away from home. Each week, we create a schedule so you can organize your time with clarity and ease.

We live in a simple and meaningful way, sharing moments, activities, and daily life together. This is a space for connection with nature, presence, and community living.

The food we offer is vegetarian, and the kitchen is always available if you wish to cook something different.

We always do our best to create a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can feel at home 🌿

Activities & Shift

The working hours are generally 5 hours, split into two shifts — for example, helping in the kitchen to prepare vegetables for lunch and later assisting with dishwashing after lunch.

In general, the morning shift starts around 10:00 and finishes around 16:00, while the afternoon shift usually starts around 16:00 and ends around 21:00. The schedule may vary depending on the day and the activities planned.

We offer two days off per week, and usually these days are together.

We work closely as a team, so you will not be working alone. Even if you are in charge of a task independently, there are always staff members and other volunteers around to support you, help, or simply connect with.

Rules

We value respect, punctuality, and a positive, open mindset. Be present, communicate openly, and enjoy the experience we’re creating together 🌿
