Beautiful volunteering experience at the project, a space of peace and harmony where I carried out maintenance tasks, learned a lot and lived mindful service as part of personal and spiritual growth.

This volunteering experience was great!!!
The Center offers you a great opportunity to be calm and at peace.
I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to join the meditations, as they provided me with lessons that will undoubtedly help me in day-to-day life.
I was in the Kitchen, and I enjoyed it a lot.
I'm very grateful to Cecy, who had the patience and kindness to teach me what was necessary to together create delicious vegetarian dishes.
The food is delicious and enough for everyone ❤️.

I met many volunteers who made my stay super pleasant.

Big thanks to CMK ❣️❣️❣️❣️

The Dharma experience manifests itself naturally in every detail, not only through the teachings, but especially in the way people relate to one another, accompany one another and care for each other. The dedication and the conscious presence of everyone, including the volunteers, shape an authentic, coherent and deeply human environment. It is an enriching experience that leaves a clear imprint and strengthens the inner path. My sincere gratitude for this space and for the community that makes it possible. :)

Coming here meant realizing that inner peace can also be reached in another way, the way of contributing. Good external actions helped me feel experiences of inner peace. I was able to calm my mind through the project and the socialization with the individuals, which was quite pleasant and appreciative. I was able to collaborate with people from many parts of the world and that too was fullness. I am grateful for the time and the opportunity you gave me. I will never forget them. 😁

I am deeply grateful to have volunteered here. From day one I felt welcomed and respected. The environment is calm and mindful, and every teaching from the teachers changed my life.

The tasks were clear and fair.

I am taking away valuable lessons and an experience of personal and spiritual growth. I recommend this volunteering opportunity to anyone seeking a space of calm, respect, and meaning.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you 🙏✨

I lived incredible and very fun moments with the group of volunteers I met. What great experiences and memories I will have of each of them... They made my stay in Mataelpino amazing.
On the other hand, the Center is managing spending austerity, and that means that, in the kitchen where I did my volunteer work, the ingredients are controlled too much, limiting creativity and the alchemy in the preparation of the food. Also, don't expect a highly Buddhist atmosphere, since the coordinators are still learning it.

The place is beautiful, and the work and the schedules are as planned. The place depends on the volunteers, so there are many rules, but in my opinion the place should think more about the volunteers, even more so a place that practices evolution; some residents hardly spoke to me, always with a stern look, when we arrived we were not properly introduced, we only woke up the next day and started to work, you can't eat outside of mealtime and nor bring food from outside, there was a time when I went to ask for an apple to eat and they didn't give me one, I understand the rules but it's more about thinking of others than the rules.
