I had great time in the hostel! Carlos was very patient with me and helped me understand the job even with language difficulties. Both Carlos and Polly were flexible and understood my needs and did whatever they can to help me out. The job was very easy and relaxed, good hours, the location is one hour walking to downtown and less than half hour from the beach in a car. You get plenty of time to explore the hostel and meet locals & international travelers. I had so much fun and so happy to have the opportunity to see the hostel from Little Havana! Thank you so much!! Definitely will come back again!!

My stay at the hostel, located in the beautiful neighborhood of Little Havana, was wonderful. The place exudes the characteristic energy of the area, providing a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. The tasks were easygoing and allowed for incredible interaction with other volunteers and guests from different parts of the world. The host, Poliana, is very friendly and flexible, always willing to help.

Poliana is a very nice person and I have nothing bad to say about her. Unfortunately, I worked with the hostel manager and it was a mess. Communication wasn't very good, sometimes he just left without giving me any instructions and when I did something wrong, he got mad. One day he told me to do this, the next day he said not to do it, very confusing. Many times I was expected to stay overtime without even being asked, as if my free time plans meant nothing. Maybe those problems occurred because the manager wasn't fluent in English and I wasn't fluent in his language.

Antonin was great! He is a nice boy, very respectful. He helps a lot with the check ins and cleaning. I highly recommend him.
Good luck in life Antonin! Thank you for your precious work and time!

I felt safe and the people here were very welcoming. I got good rest and the work was fair. I enjoyed that this was a Hispanic area. Overall this is a safe hostel that I would recommend to travelers.
