The Experience

Aloha! Thank you for your interest in joining our team! As a brand new property we're excited to have new staff members that will help make this the best hostel on Hawaii! If you enjoy a safe, clean space with a party vibe then this is the hostel for you! 24 hours of help each week, (Mainly housekeeping with some odd activities or projects) gets you free bed, breakfast, laundry, and lifelong experiences!

I had a wonderful time as a volunteer for the hostel the hostel. Perfect location, close to shops and restaurants. The staff will take you on free tours around the island, plan activities, we get pancakes every morning! Perfect for solo travelers looking to make new friends. The sleeping spaces, bathrooms, and kitchen are clean and modern. Shoutout to Matthew and Zac for such a great stay!

If you're looking to meet new people, this is your place! I spent two months in the hostel volunteering and met lifelong friends. The hostel has just opened and there are still a lot of things to organize but the experience in general has been very positive and the managers care a lot about the volunteers. The only thing I would take into account when coming is to know that the hostel is not the safest place in the world.

The the hostel in the hostel will be an experience to remember! I arrived before the hostel opened, so part of my experience was helping to get it up and running. Matthew went above and beyond to make sure that us volunteers were well taken care of while also going out of his way to show us around the island. Mahalo ❤️

I was only at the hostel for a short time, but I enjoyed every minute of it. the hostel is such a cute rainy town, and I made friends almost immediately. I ended up making the decision to move to a different work trade just because it wasn't clear that my tasks would be changed due to construction, and I wasn't up for it. Matt and Zac were so kind and completely understanding. I appreciate them and the team. While I only helped for a little, everyone was super great and there was lots of teamwork. They also made sure to offer lots of free time for other volunteers to travel and explore the islands!
