This was my first volunteering experience with Worldpackers, I have met great people from Europe, North America, Asia and Africa and they motivated me to continue this journey of exploring the world ❤️ The organisers are kind and collaborative, the load of work is heavy if you're volunteering for 3 weeks you will feel tired at some point but with good company and bieng positive you will enjoy it :) it depend also in the camp you're volunteering in and the number of kids studying because main work is cleaning the kitchen and housekeeping.

The view is really pretty but the work environment is terrible, all volunteers were overworked and as a result i didn't have any free day during my 9 day stay. I was also told to work on the day I arrived after a 20h trip (Sunday, no warning), and when I unexpectedly had to leave early that I had to work that day or I'd have to leave immediately (i was leaving the next morning). There was a lack of organization from the management, and communication was not good, leading to several logistical problems. It's one of the instances where the host really does use the platform for free labor.

Being involved in Liddes as a volunteer and being part of Frilingue was fantastic. I met people from many different countries, including locals who became true friends. I had the opportunity to work in several different positions, such as kitchen helper, where I greatly improved my techniques with two great chefs, and as a driver for children and other groups, which allowed me to get to know all the company's camps and visit several different cities from north to south of the country. The team is fantastic and makes you feel at home and part of a big family. My greatest experience ever

Incredible place, incredible people. I was very well received, the food was wonderful, there were lots of things to do, to have fun and connect with people. I would say this was an absolutely complete volunteer experience. I loved meeting everyone here, I would definitely come back and I definitely recommend this place to everyone. You guys are incredible, thank you for everything.

Amazing place to volunteer! Very well organized, communication with the staff was a breeze. Living conditions and showers were always clean and in flawless condition. On top of everything, you're in the heart of the Alps. Can't beat it!

I spent the whole month working with social media with the Frilingue team. During this time, I had the chance to visit all 4 camps. They were super transparent about my tasks and always helped me with transportation. All meals were included, and I also got to join several excursions. All the camps are absolutely beautiful, and I had so much fun with the team. It was such a huge pleasure to get to know Switzerland with such special people. I highly recommend the experience and would definitely come back (:

I had such a great time at Frilingue! I can truly recommend this place to travelers who are looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and be surrounded by beautiful nature. As a volunteer, you can take part in lots of activities, which makes the experience very special and rewarding. The team of volunteers and staff is quite big, so you can easily organize your time off together. The work isn't too hard, and you'll have plenty of time to discover the area and relax.

I had an amazing time volunteering at Swiss Alps Coliving. The tasks are easy and I had lots of free time to explore the are a and spend time with the guests. I loved the sense of community of this place and I met some great people there! I recommend this experience if you like being in a group of international travelers and you enjoy the nature and the mountains.

I really enjoyed my stay in Liddes! I had lots of free time to explore the area, such a beautiful location. Shifts were usually organised the evening before. Got to go on a fun excursion, but the amount of excursions volunteers can go on depends on the amount of cars/drivers available. Will love to return one day!
