Program Details

We believe that the planet needs a new agri-food culture that recovers the best of traditional techniques, integrating new knowledge coming from agroecology, Permaculture design, regenerative agriculture and all the sciences applied to land management.

We spread the principles of regenerative agriculture and agroforestry, we support the ecological culture of reuse, recycling and self-production.

We create solidarity networks of ecological economy, we deal with education and training in nature for groups of all ages.

Activities & Shift

Our volunteers contribute to the mission of the project working for 6 hours a day for 5 days a week.

Cooking lunch, cleaning the kitchen and common areas, taking care of organic leftovers and trash... is self organized by the volunteers weekly and requires more or less another hour a day outside of the 6 hours of volunteering.

Rules

The meals are vegetarian, we use compost toilets and try to minimize any kind of waste.
