I had a great one-week stay at the farm! I was warmly welcomed and felt comfortable from the beginning. I learned a lot about farming, sustainable practices, and daily life on the farm. It was a very rewarding experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great volunteering experience!

This was the highlight of my trip to Bali. The accommodation was with a local family, who gave us a private guest house and let us borrow a motorbike to explore the surrounding mountains, waterfalls, and landmarks. Some of my favorite experiences were meeting the locals in the villages, sharing authentic meals, and slowing down to literally smell the flowers. We made so many friends with the locals in the villages, and our time in Bali would not have been the same without them.

Our time at Bhumishanti was amazing! Wish we could've stayed for longer. If you want to experience the real Bali with local people and connect with nature this is the experience for you. Bhumishanti was a chance to learn about permaculture, explore our creative side and slow down from our busy lives. The variety of tasks and activities was perfect. Nana and Anggie, are some of the kindest people I have ever met, always making sure we had everything we needed. Bhumishanti is an AMAZING project and I highly recommend the experience to anyone. I can't wait to go back sometime soon!

I've had such a wonderful experience at Bhumishanti. From the first message, the communication has been brilliant, I felt so welcomed and cared for. The accommodation is set in a traditional Balinese family compound, you feel right at home and really safe. This is the perfect place to be to learn about Balinese culture which is really important as travellers that we learn from the locals how to respect the harmony when visiting such a culturally rich and beautiful country. I loved working at the farm, planting seeds and painting signs. I made memories here I will cherish for a lifetime.
