I had a very negative experience with this host. During my stay, I went to the reception at night to check for a charger, and the host saw me on the security camera and unjustly assumed I was trying to steal something. She called the police and kicked me out of the hostel, which was an extreme and unwarranted reaction. From day one, you are part of a family that became a family when they arrived. Great, fun ambient. The neighborhood is really quite and central, easy to reach the metro and Av. Paulista. I strongly recommend the hostel and would be happy to return one day :)

My experience at the hostel was very good! Tiago is a friendly host, open to chatting and helping you whenever he can. There is flexibility to choose schedules and days off, and that is very good. The other volunteers were very kind, good teammates and friends. The hostel is very nice, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The tasks are simple and do not require heavy work for anything. I highly recommend volunteering at the hostel!
