Program Details

Our volunteer program is centered on fostering a regenerative, community-driven lifestyle that intertwines nature, self-growth, and collaborative efforts.

Volunteers engage in various projects such as sustainable energy systems, eco-building, gardening, and creative arts, all within our nature restoration project.

We offer flexible exchange options depending on the contribution hours, providing accommodation, plant-based meals, and access to community activities.

Volunteers become an integral part of our project, actively participating in both the physical and digital aspects of our work.

We invite people to co-create and share in the values of peace, love, unity, and respect, contributing to a holistic lifestyle.

Activities & Shift

Shifts run 4–5 mornings per week, roughly 3–5 hours each. Some of this work happens outdoors, some at our co-working space.

📸 Photography — documenting daily life, land, work and community

🎥 Short-form video — reels, behind-the-scenes, seasonal content

📝 Written content — captions, blog posts, project storytelling

📱 Social media — scheduling, posting and community engagement

🗂️ Documentation — archiving knowledge and building the story of the land over time

💻 For those with additional skills: AI content tools, systems design, funding writing — all welcome

Most afternoons are yours — rest, explore, join workshops or connect with the community.

Rules

🌊 Water is scarce here. Use it mindfully — showers, dishes and personal use all count.

🌱 All communal meals are plant-based and vegan. Private consumption of non-vegan food is your own responsibility and is fine.

🧹 Leave communal spaces cleaner than you found them. This applies to everyone without exception.

🤝 Communicate directly. If something is not working — with the space, the work, or another person — say so. Passive friction spreads quickly in a small community.

📦 Contributions: volunteers are expected to honour their chosen exchange model (hours and/or weekly food contribution).

🐾 Pets: welcome with prior conversation. We have animals on the land and their safety comes first.

🚫 We will ask someone to leave if their behaviour causes consistent harm to others, to the animals, or to the land.
