An incredible experience: from the very first moment you can feel a warm, close, and very familiar atmosphere. In addition, it represents an excellent opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and grow both personally and emotionally.

It's a very beautiful place, ideal for getting out of the routine and disconnecting. What stands out the most is the warmth of the people: they make you feel like family from the very first moment. It was a very enriching experience for us; besides enjoying it as a couple, I also had the opportunity to develop and put into practice our skills and knowledge in social media.

To the person who is thinking about volunteering at the accommodation, I can tell you not to think about it anymore. It is a pleasant place, with people who make you feel at home, the host is very sociable and always will see something that makes you laugh. Take initiative, listen to learn better. You can have fun but don't forget that there are responsibilities, with that in mind you won't have any problem, Roque (the host) is very accessible, Breda (the host) is very kind, literally opens the doors to their house. I feel very happy to have arrived at the accommodation. I would return❣️

My stay here has undoubtedly been one of the best experiences I've had. It's a magical place where everything fits perfectly. The food is spectacular, the work is a bit hard, but fair, and the view is simply out of this world; you never tire of admiring the landscape.

But what really makes the difference is the warmth of the people; they make you feel special at all times. For the service, the surroundings and the peace that is felt: I recommend it 100%! I will return.

I had already volunteered at the accommodation... and once again I was truly delighted with all those experiences. I’m sure of one thing: if you come, you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend this place to the community 🤠

First of all, the good part: the food they provided us was very basic, the room is better than the one I’ve had in many other experiences in Mexico, the laundry does take time, four days in total, for them to return your clothes, but it’s enough and I always felt good with my teammates Tristan, Diego, Alessandra and the whole team is very kind and friendly.
Now comes the not-so-good part:
I asked to be in charge of social media, and I mentioned that I didn’t know anything about that, I expected them to teach me, and it wasn’t like that; they had me do heavy work.
And I emphasize this: it’s very heavy work that they will do, I couldn’t endure it, to be honest.

Hello Luis!, thanks for the comments. The 'Pesado' job, which was gardening, I asked if you could do it since you didn't have a camera or computer equipment for the marketing work. I want to mention that it wasn't pleasant for your teammates to share spaces with you since you didn't clean the areas after using them and you also did unpleasant things; the volunteer Raisa, with whom you shared a room, can attest to this.

I loved it, it was my first volunteering experience and I was nervous, but when I arrived everything changed. Without a doubt, Roque and his family are the best, and not to mention the staff, they are incredible. Living with them makes the experience super pleasant. Without a doubt, being with RubĂŠn, Diego, Ale, Tris, Paul, Chucho and Armando makes you feel safe and happy. I could practice English with them voluntarily, and the experience was unique. Roque and his family (Bren and Roquecito) are wonderful and Renate is now part of the family. I loved the experience there and I would definitely return. Thank you for everything.

I really enjoyed my volunteering at the hotel — the accommodation. The work is very flexible and meals are included; when it wasn't possible, the family took us to the town to eat with them and get to know the local culture better. There are two sleeping options and, in both, I felt very comfortable. I shared a room with Diego and Roben, who also manage the campground, and everything was very calm and respectful. The whole family was charming; no doubt it has been one of the best experiences of my life!! I felt very comfortable very quickly, even though it was my first volunteering. Thank you for everything, really 🎁

My experience at the accommodation was wonderful 🌲. From the first day I felt a deep peace; living surrounded by nature and tranquility was exactly what I was looking for 🏞️. I performed a wide variety of tasks, always with respect for the schedules and days off. Brenda and Roque were excellent hosts, always open to listening to ideas and supporting at all times 💚. Sharing the volunteering with Don Miguel (another volunteer) enriched the experience even more. I would definitely return if I have the opportunity 🏕️✨!!!
