Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.
Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.
1 day off per week
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

As our Social Media Assistant, you’ll be the creative eye behind our online presence. Your role includes:
• Creating and posting engaging content (photos, reels, stories) on our social platforms
• Capturing the everyday magic of surf life — sessions, sunsets, trips & good vibes
• Helping grow our community through consistent, authentic storytelling
• Brainstorming and scheduling content in line with our brand
This position will be very flexible, as we want the person to immerse themselves in the surf house routine to capture the best moments. However, it will be a role with plenty of freedom. Maximum of 25 hours per week.
• Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms
• A good eye for photography/video and basic editing skills
• Creative, proactive, and self-motivated
• A love for the ocean and surf culture is a big
plus!
• Ability to showcase this experience (e.g., portfolio, previous work, or social media account)
