My time in the guest house was amazing. ken & keske thank you for being the best bosses i could ever ask for. such kind , helpful and loving people that will make you feel like home. they made everything so easy. we didn't get the chance to connect with people that much because we came in january and there were not a lot of guests/volunteers which was a bit sad but i' pretty sure it was a one time situation. i will recommend volunteering in this hostel to everyone. thank you again for making our stay so fun and easy. i will never forget you 🩷🌟

I had an excellent time at the guest house in Tokyo, thanks to the team : Kentaro-san and Keisuke are here to make your stay cool and feeling at home. Volunteers have their own room, and the work usually takes up to maximum 2 hours a day, with 1 day off per week at your convenience. The work is very chill and you have all the time you need to explore around the neighborhood, around Tokyo and connect with the other volunteers. I really appreciated my time there for a first time in Japan, I highly recommand if you are looking for a special place. Thanks for everything :)

My experience at the guest house has been excellent. Ken, the manager, is honestly one of the best things that could have happened to us — always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything. The work schedule at the hostel is very well organized and everything runs smoothly. From time to time there are shared dinners in the common areas, and Ken creates an amazing atmosphere.
Overall, a very positive experience. Fully recommended.

I had such a lovely time here! Ken welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home from the very beginning. He was always kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. The work was super light and nicely shared among the volunteers, and the metro is just a few steps away. I truly loved staying here and I'll always carry this experience in my heart!

I stayed at the guest house for about six weeks, and honestly, the place is absolutely amazing. The work is ridiculously easy — four hours a day, nothing complicated, super chill. It gives you heaps of time to explore, hang out, or just do your thing. The hosts and managers are great. Shibuken especially — such a good soul. Everyone made me feel welcome from day one, and the vibe of the whole place just felt like home. Met awesome people, had a ton of fun, and felt like I was part of something real. If you're looking for a laid-back spot with good people and basically zero stress, this is it

My experience at the guest house was great for the time I had! Although shorter than I anticipated, Kentaro San was kind and understanding to my situation. I believe this hostel has alot of potential, and this is understandable since it has recently opened! Something I do wish was better was communication of responsibilities for volunteers. Having a clear checklist of what duties should be fulfilled by volunteers every day, and giving clarity for what days of you will have for the week. Thank you for this experience!

I haven't seen a place dirtier than this. I left days after arriving because I couldn't handle it. Definitely won't see me again

You will have a private room, which for me is the strongest point of the accommodation. The work is simple and if you finish the tasks early, you finish the shift. The kitchen can be small, but nothing you can't manage by coordinating with the rest of the volunteers. Kentaro is a very friendly person, he even organizes Takoyaki Parties!

The neighborhood is modest, but Minami-Senju Station is no more than a 10-minute walk away and there is a large shopping area called Lala Terrace that has a sushi chain, Uniqlo, Mister Donut…

I will probably return to this volunteer program. Thanks for everything!

I stayed for two months at the guest house, and when I had to leave it was really difficult, because by now I felt at home. Ken, the owner, was very kind from the start and created a nice atmosphere with the guys, also organizing evenings all together. The work was very calm; the truth is we worked a couple of hours a day, we hardly did more and afterwards we had a lot of time to visit the city. The team I spent the months with was also incredible, I would go back there right away.
