My experience was mixed. The hosts are very kind and attentive, and the food is excellent. However, there is a lack of organization: no clear schedules or task structure, no days off, and sometimes longer hours than agreed.
The accommodation is basic and quite cold, and logistics could be improved (arrival and some tasks required walking alone without clear directions).
Communication could also be better. Due to these issues, I decided to leave earlier.

I got to learn a lot about sustainability, living on a farm, and restaurant work. The animals were adorable and the sons made me feel very welcomed. We often had visitors from the area and it was nice to feel immersed in the local community. The food Cristina made was amazing. It was a fun week here with the family!

Christina and her family were amazing hosts! We were fully immersed in her beautiful agriturismo for the week, surrounded by mountains and farm animals. We helped her with the daily tasks needed on the farm whether that be shucking chestnuts, making soap, gathering plants from her garden, or helping out when guests arrive.
We thoroughly enjoyed connecting with the locals from the town and connecting with the nature. Thanks for a great week, Christina!

Christina and her family (and her lovely animals) were amazing hosts! The tasks change day to day depending on what needs to be done at the farm. Weekends are the busy days, helping with the guests that come to eat. We learned about chestnut farming, how to make soap from ash, the products Christina sells, and what it takes to run her lovely the farm! We couldn't have asked for a better first Worldpackers experience, we learned so much about northern Italian culture. Not to mention the food and surrounding nature was absolutely amazing ☺️

Cristina and her 2 sons are very welcoming, it truly feels like ur at home. The place is very peaceful, surrounded by green, also pretty isolated for those who like a quiet place to stay. The work is pretty dependent on the season that you arrive on so i would keep that in mind if you have a specific task you had in mind.

This was an incredible experience! I was her first Worldpacker, but Cristina has been hosting Wwoofers for over a decade, and it shows! Her whole family is a pleasure to work with, they are all great cooks, and it is a beautiful property in the mountains. While it is a rustic house, they are actively making improvements and truly enjoy their work. I will absolutely return in the future :)

This experience will be memorable for me. I will fondly remember the animals, Cris's food, the beautiful views, the rest of the volunteers, and the hikes. It's a place to be very flexible since there are no schedules and set tasks. Sometimes I have missed more order, organization, and variety in the tasks to be carried out. Still I am grateful for Cristina's kindness, opening the doors of her home to you and cooking for you with love.
