My experience in the hostel was very good!! The work was super easy and it only took max 2 hours of your day. There are a bunch of day trips available for us volunteers which is appreciated. Shout out to the managers (Aldo, Xhuljano, Lala) for being so flexible and easygoing!! The vibes of this hostel are very social, but chill at the same time!! Highly recommend it :)

I loved my time at the hostel, from the very first contact, Aldo was incredibly attentive and helpful. He, Xhulio, and Lala are amazing people who make the hostel's atmosphere even more special. The location and facilities are great, the working hours are fair and always respected, and they organize plenty of activities, it's also a fantastic place to meet travelers and people !! I also have to mention my fellow volunteers, who made the experience even more special.. I'm leaving incredibly grateful for everything, thank you for making this such a memorable experience ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at the hostel. The team truly felt like a family, and I especially want to thank Aldo, Xhulio, and Lala for their kindness and good vibe!! The tasks were simple and gave me plenty of time to explore Shkodër. I loved learning about Albanian culture and music, meeting people from different countries, and practicing my English. The whole team is amazing, from the staff to managers and to the volunteers. The work is fair and not hard and they are always around to help or explain. The location is perfect, and you will meet a lot of international and local travelers.

My experience at the hostel was great. I went during the off-season, so unfortunately, I was the only volunteer, and it got lonely at times. The food was delicious though! I got my own room and lots of freedom to explore the city. The workload was also very reasonable. I will be back if I'm in the area again :)

Aldo, Lala and everyone at the hostel and bar were so welcoming and friendly. I was able to paint/work on my own hours, so I had plenty of free time to explore. Shkodër is a special place I think everyone should visit!!

The atmosphere at the hostel is really relaxed and fun, and the baby kittens there were a lovely surprise. The hostel organizes games nights, karaoke and day trips such as cliff jumping, amongst other things. My role was social media, and the tasks were simple: documenting and posting stories and reels every day.

An amazing volunteer experience at the youth hostel! The activities are free for volunteers, which really allows you to discover the surroundings, and the vibe is great every evening. Shkodër is a super nice city and ideally located for excursions in the north of Albania. A big thanks to Aldo, Lala and the two Xhujlio, who are adorable, attentive, and always ready to help! You quickly feel at home. The only small downside: there’s no air conditioning in the volunteers' room, so the nights can be very hot. An experience I would recommend 1000%!!!
