Eu tive uma estadia maravilhosa no abrigo, a equipe era super amigável e inclusiva, e fez tudo o que pôde para nos fazer sentir confortáveis e em casa. Eles forneceram 3 refeições quentes por dia, e bastante água. Houve alguns desafios com as duchas, pois dependem da água da chuva, e como éramos um grupo grande, muitas vezes ficávamos sem água por alguns dias — mas há um rio limpo próximo que faz o trabalho! E esses são desafios que se espera com alojamento como este! No geral, uma ótima experiência — obrigado ao abrigo!

Experience an immersive stay at Paseo de Los Monos, where accommodations are located in the heart of the Amazonian rainforest. The project’s main house features five spacious shared rooms, each equipped with sturdy bunk beds to ensure comfort and rest. While offering privacy, the accommodations allow you to remain fully connected to the surrounding nature, with the tranquil sounds of the jungle enhancing your stay. The facilities include well-maintained bathrooms with hot showers, a communal space with a pool table for socializing, and a serene outdoor area where you can unwind in a hammock while observing the local wildlife, including playful monkeys. Fresh linens are provided, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience throughout your stay.
Breakfast is a self-served experience where the traveler can enjoy coffee, tea, seasonal fruits, yogurt, and granola at their own pace. Lunch and dinner are lovingly prepared by a local team, featuring hearty meals centered on authentic Amazonian ingredients with both protein and vegetarian or vegan options. Throughout the week, the group will share traditional Ecuadorian Amazonian dishes such as Mayto de tilapia and shrimp ceviche. Light snacks are also available during the day, ensuring the traveler is well-nourished while connecting over these communal culinary moments.
