Live in an American city and explore the best of New England, in Boston, the largest city in New England. You will be exposed to a lot of different cultures, since we host travelers. Duties will involve everything at the hostel, from checking guests in, cleaning, house work, laundry, making beds, being social and giving guests directions. Sometimes there's painting and garden work. There's a schedule every week so you know your free days.

Generally we need help with checking guests in, cleaning, daily household work, and some light maintenance work (painting, cutting grass, gardening, etc). We're looking to host and exchange different culture. We also are affiliated with another location in Providence, Rhode Island, so you may be able to stay at that property also should you want to visit Providence on days where you have off. Our minimum stay is one month, if you can stay close to one month, feel free to contact us.

In exchange for 28 hours of volunteer work per week, you will receive:
- Free accommodations in a dorm room (mixed gender).
- Free access to laundry facilities.
- Weekly stipend for groceries.
- Proximity to the beach and public transportation.

Atividades & Turnos

Generally we need help with checking guests in, cleaning, daily household work, and some light maintenance work (painting, cutting grass, gardening, etc). We have designated shifts so you know exactly what hours you're working and when you're free, so you can plan your week accordingly.

As a Volunteer Hostel Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Guest Services: Welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide information about the hostel and the local area.

Housekeeping: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized environment in common areas and dorm rooms.

Laundry Support: Manage laundry of hostel beddings for guests that are checking out
