We would love to share the beauty the Bedouin lifestyle. We are looking for talented artists to decorate our camp with beautiful murals of bedouin life. We will try to provide supplies, but can offer up to 50 JD in reimbursement to bring your own

You will enjoy a diverse range of activities from joining us on tours, to helping out in our beautiful desert camp. We will welcome you like a member of our family and show you true Bedouin hospitality.

Detalhes

We would like you to spend a few hours a day painting beautiful murals of Bedouin life around the camp. Or, if you prefer, work a few days to complete the murals, and enjoy the rest of your days off! During your rest time, you will be able to enjoy everything Wadi Rum has to offer.

You will stay with us in our home and/or a tent in camp depending on the number of tourists staying with us. This way you will get to experience life in both the village and the desert camps themselves. You will have access to all of the shared facilities of our camp such as the bathroom, showers, kitchen, living area, and outdoor spaces.

We do ask that our volunteers be willing to pitch in and help out if we need it in other areas. We do have staff in the camp, but if we need additional assistance with housekeeping tasks or camp improvement projects here and there, we hope our volunteers will help.

Atividades & Turnos

There are plenty of activities available for our volunteers! You will be invited along on tours with our tourists as well as the cultural events that we hold for our tourists such as traditional Bedouin songs and stories.

Our primary focus for your shift will be the murals. If you finish sooner than expected, you are very welcome to help us out by taking photos of guest activities for social media which can count towards your shift.

Please be respectful of other volunteers and guests.

Please clean up after yourself in the public spaces.

If guests ask you questions about the camp or need anything in the camp, please ask the camp manager, Mohammed. He is on-site to take care of the guests.
