PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY:

BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT," OR BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND, AS A CONDITION TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY EXPERIENCE (AS DEFINED BELOW) ON THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY, THE FOLLOWING WAIVER AND RELEASE (THIS "WAIVER"), WHICH INCLUDE WAIVING SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE WORLDPACKERS. IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE, OR DO NOT AGREE TO THIS WAIVER, THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY EXPERIENCE. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY EXPERIENCE ON THE SERVICE, AND WORLDPACKERS' PROVISION OF THE SERVICE TO YOU, CONSTITUTES AN AGREEMENT BY WORLDPACKERS AND BY YOU TO BE BOUND BY THIS WAIVER.

As a condition of participating in an Epic Trip, Internship, or Accommodation whether as a Traveler or Host (each, an "Experience") on our Service, you understand and agree to the following waiver and release terms, which include waiving substantial legal rights, including the right to sue Worldpackers.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

YOU ARE AWARE AND UNDERSTAND THAT THE EXPERIENCE IS POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS AND MAY INVOLVE INHERENT RISKS AND DANGERS OF ACCIDENTS, PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE, SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC LOSSES, SERIOUS INJURY, DISABILITY, OR DEATH. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE EXPERIENCE WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS, both known and unknown, arising from your participation in the Experience, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of the Worldpackers or otherwise. You assume full responsibility and liability for any loss, damage or injury of any nature that you may sustain arising out of your participation; which may result from your own actions or inactions or negligence, as well as the actions or inactions or negligence of others, or the condition of the accommodations facilities in which the Experience is held, or the tools or equipment used in connection with your participation.

2. Instructions

You willingly agree to comply with the written and verbal instructions of the Worldpackers. Tenants agree to comply with the written and verbal instructions of the Hosts. If, however, you observe any unusual significant hazard during your participation in the Experience, you will remove yourself from further participation, and will bring such to the attention of Worldpackers immediately.

3. Release

You hereby expressly waive and release Worldpackers, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Releasees"), from any and all actions and causes of action, agreements, claims, charges, complaints, causes of action, costs, damages, debts, demands, expenses, liabilities, liens, obligations (statutory, contractual and common law), and remedies of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether now known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, at law or in equity, which you now have, own or hold, or at any time ever had, owned or held, or could, shall or may hereafter have, own or hold against any of the Releasees, in each case arising out of or attributable to the Experience. You will not make or bring any such claim against Worldpackers or any other Releasee, and do forever release and discharge Worldpackers and all other Releasees from liability under such claims.

4. Unknown Claims

To the greatest extent permitted by law, you understand that by signing this release, you are waiving any and all claims, of any kind arising out of or attributable to your participation in the Experience, including those claims that may be unknown to you, or which you do not suspect to exist at this time. You expressly waive any rights, benefits, and protections you may have under California Civil Code Section 1542, which reads as follows: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY" or any other similar provision or laws in any other jurisdiction regarding the release of unknown claims.
