I really enjoyed my time there! With Lea and Sandra, it is very easy to talk openly about problems, concerns, and personal needs. They work together as a well-coordinated team and motivate you to push beyond your own limits. Their love for working with horses and other animals is evident every single day. The animals are lovely and the nature around is beautiful! I would recommend this volunteering experience to anyone who proactive, enjoys being in nature and has a big heart for animals (especially horses :)) ). And also don't be afraid of getting your hands — and clothes — dirty :)))

I had a good experience with Sandra and Lea (and baby Sophia), they taught me new things about how to handle and care for horses. The area where the farm is located is beautiful, the horses are super chill and i also enjoyed the company of all the dogs/cats and the occasional gecko. On occasion there were a few miscommunications (i think both speaking in a language that is not our mother tongue didn't help), but generally we worked it out. The trailrides are amazing and it was a fun experience to talk with all the different people that joined the rides. I wish Sandra, Lea and Sophia the best.
