The meals together, the conversations, and the cozy moments in front of the fireplace marked our stay. The environment is like a peaceful retreat. The place is beautiful, but what stood out the most were the people and the conversations. I was welcomed with a lot of warmth and felt like part of the family.
I loved boating on the lake and the river, fishing, and taking in a simply wonderful landscape. I also had the opportunity to learn a bit more about Chilean culture and I must give special praise to the host: his sazón is amazing! Each meal was prepared with a lot of care and was delicious.

The host is located on the shores of a beautiful lake surrounded by volcanoes and mountains. Alejandro and his family welcomed us with excellent accommodation and in an autonomous manner. We spent two wonderful weeks collaborating at Sazón, the host. It was a pleasure to work in a professional kitchen and learn the secrets of salmon, trout, and rustic potatoes. Everything was delicious! Alejandro, his family and everyone welcomed us with open arms. Sharing the table and the laughs with them was the most special. Additionally, we greatly enjoyed nature: Petrohué Falls, the hikes and an incredible afternoon of fishing where Julián caught two big trout!
