We are looking for a proactive person who is ready to help in all areas of the Estancia's restaurant. Your main tasks will include:
Service: Help welcome customers, serve dishes and beverages.
Preparation: Assist in basic food preparation (mise en place), wash and cut ingredients.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the dining area, kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy (wash dishes, clean tables, sweep).
General Support: Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
The schedule is not fixed as we work with reservations, so during the week we determine which days, what time, and how many people will be served. We are a family-run restaurant and we typically serve groups of no more than 10 people at lunchtime. The biggest help we need is to prepare the dining room, take it down and help with cleaning the kitchen, since at the moment there are two of us doing everything and we need more hands!!! You will have the opportunity to interact with diners from different parts of the world and with the people at the Estancia. The rest of your time is free to rest, explore and enjoy the rural surroundings.

Hygiene and Service Rules
Personal Hygiene: It is mandatory to maintain impeccable personal hygiene. Washing hands frequently is vital, especially before handling food.
Attire: You must wear clean and appropriate clothing to work in a restaurant (no dangling jewelry and hair tied back).
Food Handling: Follow strictly the hygiene and safety instructions when handling foods.
Customer Care: Maintain a kind and professional attitude at all times with guests.
