I have no words to express how cool my experience at the hostel was. Such a cozy place to live, such a stunning landscapes to explore and such a kind people to share moments with. I'd say it was one of the best decisions in my life to volunteer in that place. My tasks were absolutely simple, working hours were always respected and it was pleasure for me to work with hostel's staff and of course communicate with guests. I want to say big thanks to the host for support and assistance during my staying time. I hope one day I'll have an opportunity to visit this place again.

My time at the hostel was great. I was communicating mostly with Med during my time there, and he quickly became a friend who shared the same passion for creativity as I did, which made my time at the hostel feel like a relaxed environment to shoot content for socials but also to learn more about the Moroccan culture and interact with the guests. Lala Fatima made us a delicious breakfast every morning, she was like a 2nd mother in Morocco for me, I loved talking to her. I met Ayoub in my last week, he's a nice, very passionate guy who has a certain vision for the hostel's socials!

It was an amazing experience in Tamraght Morroco. I stayed at the White the hostel to help the team of Ali, Hamza and another volunteer. The place is really good, clean and confortable. Ali was super caring and helpful when needed! Also he is very friendly and we had some great chats ! The tasks were easy and very enjoyable : creating content on the Instagram page of the hostel : posting reels videos, stories etc. Regarding the localisation : the village is amazing as well, you have plenty of things to do and explore and I surfed a lot (on my own expense).

Yaudat and Alex, it was such a pleasure having you both with us. You quickly became part of the hostel family. From capturing our beautiful sunsets and sharing the vibe with the world, to welcoming guests with a smile and helping keep the house running smoothly, you both brought great energy to the place.
And yes… the hill keeps everyone strong, but the view at the top always makes it worth it! 💪🌅

The entire team is so friendly, the role is very easy going & hours are super flexible and respected (I did social media)🫶😊 It is very relaxed here and you will have a lot of free time to yourself. The hostel is brand new, clean and comfortable! Fatima's breakfast is delicious and it definitely feels like home now. Best view in Tamraght 🙈 I can recommend the experience to everyone. Grateful x

My experience was really good at the hostel. Ayoub is very flexible and tolerant with the working hours, but because of this flexibility I suggest to agree things in advance, to avoid misunderstandings. I helped Fatima in the kitchen and with cleaning and then I helped with the check ins. Fatima is a great person and even though she doesn't speak English we bonded a lot. I also met the guys who work at the other hostels which was great. If you're looking for a calm, relaxing experience this is for you!

I had an amazing time in Tamraght and fell in love with Morocco — the people, weather, surfing and overall vibe are incredible. I really enjoyed my chats with Hicham and learning more about the culture, and Naima was always very kind and welcoming. In terms of the work experience, communication could have been clearer and more respectful at times, but I shared this feedback and they seemed open to improving. Overall, I had a great time, enjoyed activities, made great friends, learnt and experienced about Morocco, and I’m very grateful for the experience.

Tim’s volunteer work was excellent. He managed our social media with creativity and consistency, sharing engaging posts and taking high-quality photos that showed our place, activities, and daily atmosphere. His attention to detail helped improve our online presence and attract more interest in our project. He was responsible, organized, and always open to feedback. A positive and reliable team member, he was a real asset to us, and our doors will always remain open for him.

Big thanks to manager Ayoub and housekeeper Fatima!🫶 they made these 3 weeks super special. I learned how to cook tagine from Fatima and lots of things about Morocco from Ayoub! My tasks were to help Fatima for 2–3h each morning and to do check-ins from 3pm to late evening. Not knowing guests' arrival times made planning hard, but Ayoub helped with the check-ins :) It would be more organised with 2+ volunteers so they could have shifts and plan their time🙏 Overall it's a super chill, clean, and nice place to stay! I'm gonna miss sunsets on the roof and eating Iftar together🥹

Socha’s volunteer work was very good. She did Check-in/Check-out, Housekeeping, and Kitchen Hand tasks carefully and with teamwork. Her friendly and happy attitude made her liked by guests and colleagues. She was responsible, ready to help, and solved problems quickly. She was a real help for the team, and our doors will always be open for her, hoping to see her in future opportunities.

I was supposed to be a volunteer at the hostel but ended up volunteering at Black the hostel (both hostels are from the same owners), which was also really nice. It was not what I originally applied for but in the end it didn't matter at all! I had a really chill time there, the tasks were really light, the people were friendly and the hostel was clean -thanks to Naïma who takes care of the hostel and is just the sweetest person! My tasks were clear and easy (I did check ins and breakfast) and I had a lot of free time. I had everything I need and felt at home at Black the hostel!
