Angelina is a wonderful person!! Since our first conversation she has been very welcoming, showed all the facilities via video call, and we were also able to arrange a ride to the property. It was days of a lot of tranquility, a connection with nature, an incredible variety of birds, bees, and a hummingbird that lives on the property, in addition to the dogs Romeu, and Panqueca and the kitten Chica. The work was very flexible and agreed, and I was able to learn about composting, pruning, crown shaping and fertilization of the fruit trees on the property. I applied twice for this vacancy. Angelina is a person with a heart of gold. She helped me in many ways. The facilities are excellent. The contact with nature was all good. a guest house is a place for those who want silence, peace and quiet. If you like silence and calm here is the right place. There is Chica, the kitten, and Romeo, the lovely English dog. I saw monkeys, fish, birds of all species, a toucan. I learned about composting, plants. I was supposed to stay 15 days, I stayed a month and a half.
For those who want to learn about agroforestry and composting, it's the right destination.
The schedules are respected, the meals are excellent and the accommodations are very comfortable. I have nothing to complain about!
An important tip that I only realized in the last week: Angelina is always willing to explain and guide about everything, but since she works remotely, the best time to learn from her is on the weekend. On those days, she has more time and dedication to roll up her sleeves together with you.

Fazer o voluntariado na guest house foi magnífico... pois aprender um pouco sobre agrofloresta e permacultura foi algo bem interessante, e por ser algo novo para mim, foi excelente para aprender mais sobre essa área. A localização do sítio fica cercada pela Mata Atlântica, onde você literalmente se sente bem só pela vibe do espaço. A anfitriã Angelina é gente boa demais, e suas dicas e ensinamentos são um combo perfeito para aprender um pouco de tudo. Essa experiência de voluntariado está sendo incrível e recomendo muito... vale a pena!!
