After the La Soufriere volcanic eruption in 2021, we’re in the process of rebuilding and expanding our ecological farm. Right now, we’re working on setting up different areas of the farm, like banana forestry with coconuts, avocado, cacao, and other trees. We’re also expanding our passionfruit production and plantain production. We’re starting to grow our own feed, like black soldier flies lavae and dried fruit leaves.

We have several programs at Richmond Vale Academy, and you will be living and working with participants and volunteers from around the world, The staff group is from St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Africa and Europe.
You will work 4-5 hours a day for 5-6 days according to demands. We will set the schedule 4 weeks at the time, when you arrive.
We have a no alcohol, no marijuana and no drug policy at Richmond Vale Academy.
