It was my first experience with Worldpackers and it was amazing three weeks!\nMarta is very patient, she explained me everything a few times and was always available on the phone if I had any questions. I learned a lot about reception job, approved my spanish and talked a lot to travellers. The location of the hostel is super, everything is within walking distance. My experience at the hostel was very positive! The boss is awesome, a wonderful person who helps you with everything. Unfortunately I had to return home earlier due to personal problems, but during the time I have stayed I have learned a lot of things at reception and I have practiced the Castilian language a lot. Also, the hostel is very clean and quiet and the tasks are simple. I would have liked to meet more volunteers, but since it's a small place, there are only 2 or 3 volunteers. My experience was therefore very positive: the hotel is beautiful, the people are very cool and the city is top!

An amazing 5-star experience, I couldn't be more grateful! From the first day Marta was wonderful. She is an incredibly attentive, available person and always willing to consider your needs. She was super clear from the start in explaining what tasks needed to be done, all very simple, well organized and with schedules that were very comfortable, allowing you to enjoy your free time. Moreover, you can tell how much she cares about her structure: the hostel is impeccable, meticulous in every detail. I highly recommend this experience, thanks for everything Marta!!!

Two weeks of volunteering, and it was a very good experience. Marta (the host) was always very attentive to everything I needed and explained the tasks to be done very well. The hostel is super clean and tidy. It was also my first time at the reception, so I could learn how the system works and other things. I left with beautiful memories and people from this place!
